For decades, Nigerian real estate has not operated on data or trust. It has run on "I know a guy who knows a guy," hidden commissions, duplicate listings, and raw anxiety. Consumers were terrified of being scammed. Young realtors were treated like beggars at the gate. Established agencies were haemorrhaging money to inefficiency. And developers were pricing multi-million Naira projects on nothing but pure guesswork.
